Use of capital

One round. Four evidence-building stages.

The objective is to move CooCoo from prototype development to a documented, investable pilot case with clearer technical, commercial and manufacturing evidence.

Months 0–301

Prove the engineering foundation

Freeze the pilot design, verify the bill of materials and complete three working feeder prototypes.

Months 4–602

Build the pilot fleet

Manufacture and deploy 8–10 pilot feeders with the core app, firmware and monitoring functions integrated.

Months 7–903

Validate on working farms

Run structured pilots across 3–5 farms and measure dispensing accuracy, uptime, farmer usage and operational effects.

Months 10–1204

Prepare for commercial scale

Validate unit economics, define the compliance path and document a manufacturing plan supported by pilot evidence.

Target position after 12 months

A tested pilot fleet, structured farm evidence, clearer unit economics, a defined compliance pathway and a commercial manufacturing plan ready for the next funding decision.

Timelines, quantities and outcomes are operational targets based on current planning assumptions. They may change as engineering, supplier and pilot findings develop.
